SAP TAO Installation Error

Hi,

I installed QC 10.0,QTP 10.0 and SAP TAO 2.0.When I click on self check,it shows one Error "Satellite system scripting enabled" failed.You can see the below screenshot for reference.

Please let me know the solution.
